• The products of lifestyle such as clothing, footwear, watches, sunglasses, fashion accessories have the return duration of  7 days from the purchase date.
• The electronics items return accepted within 5 days of purchase.
• Some products may not have returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all the products, the policy on the product page shall prevail

In case of return, the product should be correct with the IMEI/ name/serial number/ bar code and MRP tag should be undetected and clearly visible. For electronics, all in the box accessories should be present. The product should be unused, unwashed and with no tampered quality check seals/ return tags/ warranty seals. The product original packaging/ box should not be damaged. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions. And the field executive will refuse if any of above conditions are not met.
